Billet HPFP Cap

ON Performance billet 316L stainless steel HPFP cap for the MQB HPFP. Features 6 fuel channels (double stock).

Come with internal baffle plate pre-installed and TIG welded!

Input is a standard -6an male fitting. Full Line kits coming soon!)

Additional hose option is simply a -6an PTFE hose with two female 90 degree hose ends, about 12 inches long (to go from the rail to the HPFP). 100% you can source the parts and make one yourself if needed!

The outside hex is the same size as the OEM cap which is 46mm, you can also use a 16mm on the smaller hex of the new cap. 

Recommend using some fuel safe Teflon tape (The Blue Monster brand seems to work well) on the threads when installing, or even better is Loctite 545 thread sealant - and of course checking for fuel leaks after install!

We recommend torquing to 165NM on the cap but in 4 stages, start at 90NM, then 120NM, 145NM and 165NM to finish. Don't start the car for at least an hour after fitting (ideally 24hrs) if using liquid thread sealant Loctite 545.
